The International Standardization Outstanding Contribution Award Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation") is a non-profit organization founded by Mr. Zhang Xiaogang to promote the development of international standardization. The Foundation is headquartered in Beijing, China, under the guidance of Mr. Zhang Xiaogang and our Management Committee.
